■Y/N's POV■

I pick up my bag and laptop, fixing my bang while looking at the mirror. The door to my room is open.

Hyouka: Y/N, ready? Let's go...

Y/N: ah, yes... coming!

I walk out of my room and head out with Hyouka. Hyouka is one of my close friend from Kaijo. Back then, it's hard for me to be friends with girls because I'm close to Ryou kun, but Hyouka doesn't really care about the model Kise Ryouta, so she never treat me badly. The only girls I'm close with since I'm younger is Momoi Satsuki that I met in junior high, and Hyouka that I met in high school.

It's been five days since I left Ryou kun's apartment. We had our first dispute but it hurts me a lot that I don't dare to see him. Afraid to see his cold gaze like before.

I've been staying with Hyouka since I left Ryou kun's apartment. Hyouka and I study at the same University, but we took different majors.

I haven't found a new place to stay, so Hyouka told me to stay with her. She knew I fought with Ryou kun.

Today we both have morning classes so we head to campus together. As we walk

Ryou kun...

Hyouka: he hasn't give up... though he deserves this... don't answer it... he could have fun with that Kinana model...

I look at the screen and read his name again, but I don't answer the call until it stops. Just then.

Messages came and all of them are from him.

Recipient: Y/N

Hey, Y/N please answer my call

Sender: Ryou kun
Recipient: Y/N

Y/N let's meet, let's talk, sorry if I made you angry. I didn't think straight when I saw Kinana cry.

Sender: Ryou kun
Recipient: Y/N

I'll come to your campus after work, come one let's meet. I'll treat you in tour favorite restaurant.

I read them all and my heart clench. He didn't let me talk just because he was worried of Kinana san, not knowing what she said about him.

Hyouka: that stupid Kise, don't meet him. Let him suffer the guilt

I didn't answer to Hyouka and we just continue our walk to campus. I don't think, I want to see him yet.

Even if we talk...

■3rd Person POV■

It's 4p.m, Kise has just finish working and goes to his car. He heads to Y/N's campus in hope to meet her today.

Since the day after she left his apartment, Kise has been coming to her campus but couldn't find her. Firstly he doesn't know Y/N's exact schedules, secondly he didn't tell her that he came.

But today, he told her he will come, hoping that Y/N meet him.

Kise waits in the car looking at the student goes here and there. He wishes to see (h/c) in the middle of the crowd but still couldn't find her.

Kise decided to get out of his car and head to Y/N's department.

Y/N has just finish a group discussion with her classmates in the department library. They're walking down the stairs and suddenly hear a commotion.

Student1: omg he's so handsome!

Student2: can we take a picture together?

Student3: let's go there... it's Kise Ryouta

Y/N's heart skips a beat at the mention of his name. All of her classmates are heading to his way. Y/N climbs down the stair and looks from the front door.

There Kise is standing, surrounded by his fans. He gives them his usual smile, but somehow his eyes are looking around.

Y/N knows Kise might looking for her. She's happy that he came all the way, but the disappointment she has for him for not letting her explain thing before, prevents her from seeing him.

Y/N turns around and head to the back door. Taking another glance at her so called childhood friend. She's not gonna lie she misses him, but she knew that they can't stay the way they were forever.

With that Y/N left through the backdoor, leaving Kise who's still hoping to see her walk out of the front door.

Kise: ahaha, um sorry... is there anyone who study in this department?

Kise asked the female surrounding him. Some of them said yes and rise their hand. Kise asks what major they're taking, and when he hears someone said the major Y/N's in, his eyes lit and he looks at her. It's one of Y/N's classmate.

Kise: ah, well do you know L/N Y/N?

Classmate1: ah, yes... we're from the same group... we just finish our discussion...

Classmate2: she was with us just- eh? Where is L/N? She was with us just now... did she use the back door?

Kise's heart sunk knowing that he probably loses the chance to see her again.

Kise: ah I see, she already left...

Kise keeps displaying his smile, letting the girls take a photo with him, but deep down, he's sad.

Just then his phone rings, hoping that it's Y/N he excuse himself but soon be disappointed as it's Aomine calling.

Kise: Aomine cchi?

Aomine: oh Kise... where are you?

Kise: um, XX University...

Aomine: are you working?

Kise: um no... what is it?

Aomine: satsuki, Kuroko and I are hanging around where you live... wanna meet up?

Kise looks back at Y/N's department building. He's down that Y/N still doesn't want to see him, and a little angry.

He thinks he needs to calm himself down and think meeting with his friends might help.

Kise: I'm on my way... where you guys at?

■Kise's POV■

I walk to the cafe entrance, this place isn't far from my place. Sometimes Y/N and I came to get coffee.

Momoi: ah! Kisee, here here~

I sighs and smile seeing my friends.

Kise: yo...

I sit next to Aomine cchi and Momoi cchi and Kuroko cchi are across from us. We're talking about our team and the practice that Aida san made for us.

We were in the middle of talking about basketball when.

Kuroko: ah right, Kise kun... why don't you bring L/N san?

Y/N doesn't really has a lot of close friends, but she's also close with Kuroko cchi and the other. Momoi cchi is one of her closest girl friend.

The three stares at me, of course they'll think of it as weird because I literally lives around here and she lived with me, I used to bring her to meet them too.

Maybe they'll give me good advice...

Kise: I... we're currently in a dispute...

Aomine cchi and the other looks surprised. No wonder, even I didn't expect us to be in such a state now, though I might be the reason for this.

I told them what happen, how I found Kinana cries after I hear Y/N yells. They all listen to me until I'm done talking.

Kise: and now... she avoided me... though I know she might stay with her friend Hyouka, but I don't know where she lives...

Aomine: Kise, do you really believe that L/N made someone cry? That timid girl that might faint whenever she sees even someone with low presence like Kuroko?

Momoi: Kise, that model girlfriend of yours sounds fishy...

Kuroko: Kise, I don't know about Kinana san... but L/N san... she's a very gentle person... I can't help but think that she has a reason if she did made that girl cry...

I know... Y/N is a gentle one...

Momoi: she's too kind for her own good, if I was her I will get mad at you for what I have to experience in mid-

Aomine: oi Satsuki!

Momoi cchi closes her mouth and I stare at Aomine cchi who avoids his eyes from me.

What's wrong?

Kise: oi, Momoi cchi... what did she experienced?

It seems like Kuroko cchi, Aomine cchi and Momoi cchi know about something related to Y/N and hide it from me.

Kise: hei, tell-

Aomine: haah, L/N was bullied by your fan girls and past girlfriends back in Teiko.

Momoi: we're not that close in high school but I'm sure that's probably happen as well in Kaijo...

I think of my time in Teiko and Kaijo with her. She never shows any kind of discomfort when she's with me. She never tells me.

Kise: well why didn't you guys tell me?

Kuroko: because L/N asked us to...

Aomine: that girl probably don't wants you to feel guilty, and don't want you to get mad at your fans...

Momoi: she just want to protect your image...

I got mad at her for avoiding me when I have a girlfriend, but I never knew that my past girlfriends are treating her badly.

I... there are things I don't know about you...

We hang for another hour and Kuroko chin and the other gave me advice about how I should apologize to her.

I'm on my way back to my apartment when a call came in. It's from Kasamatsu senpai.

Why is today everyone from my school calls me?

Kise: hello, Kasamatsu senpai?

Kasamatsu: oi Kise, are you busy? You didn't respond the group chat since yesterday

Ah, I don't read chat since days ago... only opening the apps when I want to chat Y/N...

Kise: ah ye, sorry senpai... what is it?

Kasamatsu: are you coming? Kaijo's reunion, next week...

There's a reunion?

I would rather try to meet Y/N just like what Aomine cchi and the other told me to, but then I realize that both Y/N and Hyouka were from Kaijo.

Maybe I can meet Y/N there, or at least see Hyouka. That way, I can ask about her and try to meet her.

Kise: I'll come

There are things I didn't know about you...
